Album (when ordered) layout must be reviewed and changes submitted to John within 15 days of online posting or layout will be assumed correct and no changes apply.
The High res digital files you receive are for your personal use only and not for resale. John Peret owns all copyrights.
Photographs may be used by John Peret Photography for advertising, display, or any purpose thought proper by John.
Although all care will be taken with all equipment and digital files, John Peret Photography limits any liability for loss or damage whatsoever to the return of sum paid.
Your High res files will be retained by John Peret Photography for one year after your wedding date.

I agree to forfeit all sums paid in the event of cancellation of services or of this event.
