Deposit and refunds: A deposit of $100.00 must be paid to secure the booking, if the booking is cancelled then the $100.00 deposit will be refunded unless the booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of the booked date. The balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the booking. In the event of a late cancellation the balance is not refundable. Booking times: The booking time will begin at the time agreed to on the booking form, if the event is running behind schedule then it will be at the discretion of Hippo productions to stay beyond the agreed booked time.
Damage and personal safety: Any intentional damage to the photo booth and/or props will be the responsibility of the client. Hippo Productions reserve the right to withdraw our staff and equipment if they feel their personal safety is in question. Copyright: The client gives his/her permission for any images taken by Hippo Productions to be used for promotional purposes. If the client does not wish for the images to be used for promotional purposes then it must notify Hippo Productions in writing prior to the event. It is agreed that the terms set out in this booking form is the total agreement made between the parties and that no variation or modification of this contract shall be effective unless agreed by both parties in writing. |
