I accept the invitation by Texas Music Teachers Association to present a session at the upcoming convention in June.  I understand that no honorarium or travel funds will be provided. 
 
I understand that I am responsible for any handouts to be distributed during the session, and only these handouts will be distributed.  Under no circumstances may any materials be sold in the session room.
