Associations with one to three performing ensembles must provide one volunteer to work a 2-hour shift. Those with four or more performing ensembles must provide two volunteers. Volunteers will assist during rehearsals and performances at convention.

Volunteers will be notified of their scheduled time by May 25.

For a fee of $50 per monitor, your association may opt to provide a monitor(s) in lieu of providing a volunteer(s).
Associations failing to provide a volunteer by May 5 must pay the $50 monitor fee per monitor.

Associations will be required to pay $75 per no-show volunteer and will be placed on probation for the following year.

This form should be submitted by the Local Ensemble Chair.
