The elements are made up of a selection box with product descriptions & prices; a selection box with quantity; and a text box that calculates the total line amount. Javascript calculations are performed after each product selections is made, re-calculating all self-totaling items on the page instantly. Multiple Product Selection Lines are are allowed per page. Product Checkbox Lines contain elements grouped together for the specific purpose of selling products. The elements are made up of a checkbox for selecting the product; a fixed text description of the product & price; a selection box with quantity; and a text box that calculates the total line amount. Javascript calculations are performed after each product selection is made, re-calculating all self-totaling items on the page instantly. Multiple Product Checkbox Lines are allowed per page. Product Free Form Lines contain elements grouped together for the specific purpose of selling products. The elements are made up of a text box for entering a product description; a text box for entering a price; a selection box with quantity; and a text box that calculates the total line amount. Sales Tax Line is used to calculate sales tax for customers that reside in the state of your choice. Calculations are performed after each product selection is made and based on the percentage of your choice. The percentage is applied to the sub-total and reflected in the grand total instantly. Example: AZ Tax (8.1%): Important: Sales tax will not calculate without a State: drop down box, along with the assigned state selection by the customer.
Ship/Misc Addition Line is used to calculate the shipping & handling of your items. Calculations are performed after each product selection is made and based on the percentage of your choice. The percentage is applied to the sub-total and reflected in the grand total instantly. `Ship/Misc Addition Line` can also be a fixed dollar amount instead of a percentage. Example: Shipping:
Ship/Misc Selection Lines are used to add or subtract shipping & handling, discounts, promotions or any other fixed amount selection from/to the sub-total and reflected in the grand total instantly. Example: Senior Discount:
Sub-Total Line is used to total up your shopping cart line items. Calculations are performed and applied after each product selection is made. Example: Sub Total:
Coupon Code Lines are used to subtract, an amount or percentage, from the sub-total. if the customer knows one of the defined `Coupon Code(s)` and enters it, the system will subtract the corresponding amount or percentage. You can define up to 5 coupon codes along with their associated rate/amount.
Misc % Selection Line is used to add or subtract any miscellaneous percentage to the subtotal. Your client makes a selection from the options provided by you. Then, the corresponding calculated amount will automatically be added or subtracted to/from the total. Example: Value added Tax:
Grand-Total Line is used to total up your shopping cart line items, sales tax, discounts and shipping. Calculations are performed and applied after each product selection is made. Example: Grand Total:

Page Cart converts your self-totaling items to work in an on-page shopping cart.
When Page Cart is selected, the self-totaling function happens within an interactive pop-up box displayed right on top of the page. Our default and uploaded "Thank You" pages also include the option of displaying the detail of the current transaction (your client's entry).

Save & Retrieve Form Data This feature allows your client to save form results, to be completed at a later time. They will be prompted to enter a userid & password, which they will enter later, when they are ready to resume the form entry. It can also be used to populate a new form with your client's most recent submission.

Enhanced Security Mode Enhanced Security Mode, when switched on, will send intrusion alert emails to the owner of the account, if the following conditions present themselves: a) If 5 consecutive unsuccessful login attempts cause a lockout of this account, an email indicating this possible attempted intrusion will be sent to the account owner. b) If a successful login is detected from a ip address that is not the normal location of the account owner, an email indicating this possible attempted intrusion will be sent to the account owner. Also, when switched on, will also require a password change every 90 days without repeating any one of your last 5 passwords.

Audit Trail Logs Audit trail logs provide detailed information pertaining to the access of each of
your Elbowspace.com accounts, including child (subordinate accounts).
The information includes:

Log Date: Date of login.
Log Time: Time of login.
User IP Address: An IP address is the unique identifier of a computer connected to the internet (a lot like a phone number). This information is important for recognizing a non-pattern login. This could expose a login intrusion.
User Login: Elbowspace.com userid (your email address)
System Status: Either login successful or attempted login unsuccessful.

Auto-Confirmation Email (auto-responder) is a notification or response sent to your users, when they submit a form. It can be used as a purchase receipt, a thank you, a notification that information was received or to communicate any message. This feature also allows you to display information entered on the form, back to your users. Customize your Auto-Confirmation Email to best suit your communication needs.
